Evolve the Cell, Excel in All: CORNEX Unveils Full-Scenario Solutions at CIBF 2026

On May 13, the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026) officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. CORNEX presented its full-scenario lineup under the theme "Evolve the Cell, Excel in All," showcasing a comprehensive portfolio of Energy Storage, EV, and Commercial Vehicle Solutions that demonstrate its technical leadership from battery cell to full system integration.

For the EV market, CORNEX showcased its "Everest" 6C cell, which delivers 190Wh/kg on an 800V platform, enabling a 600km range with a 10-minute charge. The battery cell ensures over 85% energy retention at -20°C and maintains a 1C discharge rate even at 20% SOC, effectively eliminating winter performance concerns. Commercial mobility was further addressed with the H02 rear-mounted and H03 chassis-mounted longitudinal CTP systems. Both utilize high-strength aluminum reinforcement and passed vibration tests at 3 times the national standard. The H02 pack employs a frameless CTP design for 40% higher volume utilization and a 2.0SC peak charging rate, while the H03 improves integration efficiency by 10% and allows the vehicle wheelbase to be shortened by 400mm. For light mobility, CORNEX displayed 45Ah full-tab cylindrical cells and a Sodium-ion series capable of efficient discharge at -40°C.

In response to the global demand for grid stability, CORNEX is prioritizing the optimization of the Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). This strategy is led by the 588Ah ultra-large capacity cell, which delivers a gravimetric energy density of 190Wh/kg and a volumetric density of 419Wh/L. Beyond achieving 96.5% energy efficiency, the battery cell features a stabilized cycle life exceeding 12,000 cycles. To ensure large-scale, consistent delivery, CORNEX is scaling these advancements through its planned 200GWh smart manufacturing capacity.

In terms of system integration, CORNEX CTP 3.0 technology eliminates traditional module constraints, reaching a pack volumetric density of 280Wh/L and 195.68kWh per pack. Through an innovative assembly process, 104 battery cells (588Ah) are integrated into a single unit, reducing production steps by 30% and increasing the Units Per Hour (JPH) to over 60. These technologies culminate in the flagship M6 ESS, a standard 20-foot container solution with 6,250kWh of energy. The M6 features top-venting thermal management and a next-generation active-balancing BMS with AI algorithms that transition safety from passive protection to active prediction.
