Redefining the Industry: 472Ah Sets the Standard for Next-Gen Energy Storage

As CORNEX’s fourth-gen energy storage solution, the 472Ah battery cell marks a breakthrough with its "high reliability, superior performance, extended cycle life, and exceptional adaptability." Each cell delivers a nominal energy of 1,510.4Wh and an energy density of 195Wh/kg. Designed for complex environments, the battery integrates two advanced technologies—cathode pre-lithium and high-temperature durable technology —achieving an ultra-long cycle life of 15,000 cycles with zero degradation at 35°C, aligning with the 25-year operational cycle life of photovoltaic systems.

The battery’s adaptability shines in system-level applications. A standard 20-foot 1,500V BESS container equipped with 472Ah cells achieves a capacity of 6.28MWh, expandable to 6.9MWh per unit—38% higher capacity and 20% smaller footprint than industry counterparts—significantly reducing infrastructure and operational costs. Upgraded to a 2,000V platform, system capacity exceeds 7.06MWh, accelerating the industry’s transition to the GWh-scale era.

Leveraging a "technology reuse + shared production capacity" strategy, the 472Ah battery cell combines cutting-edge innovation with cost efficiency, slashing initial production line investments and compressing mass-production timelines. Global deliveries are set to commence in June this year.

Innovation Unleashed: Breakthroughs Empower Multi-Scenario Applications

Ultra-Long Cycle Life: long π 314Ah & 472Ah

Through innovations including cathode pre-lithium optimization, activation refinement, electrolyte enhancement, and advanced material coatings, the cycle stability of lithium-ion batteries has been dramatically improved. Applied to both the long π 314Ah and 472Ah models, this technology achieves "zero degradation in five years" and a 15,000-cycle lifespan, meeting the long-term stability demands of PV-matched integration.

High-Temperature durable Technology: Conergy π Plus 314Ah & 472Ah

For extreme environments like deserts or low-latitude regions, CORNEX’s proprietary high-temperature durable technology ensures stable performance at 35°C, maintaining 100% capacity retention and cycle life parity with room-temperature operation while reducing thermal management costs. This innovation supports global energy transitions in high-heat zones.

System Safety: Submerge Battery Safety System 2.0

Amid the industry’s pursuit of higher capacity, integration, and energy density, CORNEX’s upgraded safety solution features grid-based precision control, 50% less cooling liquid usage, 75% faster cooling, and zero-leak closed-loop circulation, offering an eco-friendly and cost-effective benchmark for energy storage safety.

Amid the global push for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, CORNEX is redefining the technological boundaries and application value of energy storage. From cell-level breakthroughs to system-wide integration, from extreme-environment resilience to full lifecycle safety, the company is propelling the industry toward greater efficiency, reliability, and accessibility. In the future, CORNEX will continue to innovate and explore the infinite possibilities of energy transformation together with global partners.
